Black medium sized dog with white around jaw seen in Confluence Park near Issaquah Salmon Days — Issaquah Facebook group says was seen Saturday evening as well as Sunday. Dog is friendly but skittish, followed people as if looking for an owner but ran away repeatedly when people tried to leash to take to help. Looks well groomed.
