Leo is a white w/ fawn colored markings, 5lbs 7 mos old puppy we is wearing a tan sweater w/orange piping, a purple harness and attached to a retractable lead w/red handle. He has on a collar with his name Leo and our phone # 206-354-1597. He is microchipped.
He pulled suddenly toward another dog and got away from me. The handle on his retractable lead “chased him” and he bolted in the upper trails of Lincoln Park.
